At present, the transfer fee of new drugs in domestic colleges and universities reaches more than 10 million, some of which are even hundreds of millions of yuan. Although the research and development of new drugs is difficult, its prospects are very impressive. The vast majority of colleges and universities have absolute advantages over most pharmaceutical companies in terms of technical personnel, scientific research resources, research funds, and scientific research results, but they have not fully utilized them. New drug output in most colleges and universities is far lower than that of pharmaceutical companies. In the past 10 years, there were not a single new drug output in most universities. The ideas, models and methods of new drug research and development in domestic colleges and universities all exist problems, mainly manifested in large investment, long cycle, and low efficiency. To maximize the use of various resource advantages in colleges and universities and to achieve rapid, efficient and high-quality research and development of new drugs, this paper puts forward some measures to improve these problems, and explores the construction of a new drug research and development system in medical colleges and universities, mainly through integrating scientific research equipment resources, building a multi-integrated scientific service work station of new drug research, development and transformation, setting up technology conversion positions, training technical expertise in experimental technology, and specializing in pre-clinical research on new drugs, guiding and condensing the research and development of new drugs, establishing a new drug research and developing fund, deploying research and related personnel for new drug research and development, as well as creating new drug rapid development channel and green fast track.
