Se define la gesti車n del conocimiento, as赤 como sus procesos estrat谷gicos: identificaci車n, adquisici車n, desarrollo, distribuci車n, uso, retenci車n y medici車n y se aborda su relaci車n con el aprendizaje organizacional. Una adecuada gesti車n del conocimiento, soportada en el aprendizaje organizacional, contribuye a elevar y desarrollar el capital Intelectual de una organizaci車n Knowledge management is defined, as well as its strategic processes: identification, acquisition, development, distribution, use, retention and measurement. Its relation to the organizational learning is also dealt with. An adequate knowledge management, supported by an organizational learning, contributes to the enhancement and development of the intellectual capital of an organization
