摘要

To improve the microstructure properties of axial cold extruded parts, a theoretical method of forming equipment design was proposed based on the interaction between macroscopic mechanical parameter design and microscopic material microstructure analysis.Firstly, the axial vibration cold extrusion process was optimized, and the specific parameters of target forming parts and die were determined.In macro and micro scale, the orthogonal tests of three factors and three levels were designed by combining extrusion force and macro and micro parameters of blank, and the influence law of each factor on macro and micro parameters was obtained, and the main structure of the forming equipment was designed and analyzed. Based on the vibration extruding spline machine model, the forming force and micro-scale simulation analysis were carried out for die tooth insertion stage and spline shaft billet tooth forming stage according to the predetermined process scheme, which rerified verify the microstructure properties of the forming parts. The results show that the yield strength and hardness of forming parts can be enhanced, and the microstructure properties of the forming parts can be improved. ? 2022, Editorial Office of Journal of Plasticity Engineering.
