摘要

In order to enrich the types of rotating ultrasonic motor, a rotating ultrasonic motor driven by the orthogonal mode of complex cross stator is proposed in this paper. The internal and external bending vibrations of the stator are selected as the working modes of the motor and the driving mechanism of the stator is described. The stator FEM model is established, the motor modal analysis was carried out, and the stator size was optimized based on the objective of two-phase operating mode frequency consistency. Finally, the main sizes of L, H, K, J, I and D of the stator are determined to be 18.2 mm, 3.2 mm, 3.6 mm, 4.3 mm, 11.6 mm, 3.4 mm, respectively, and the two-phase modal frequency is 37 851 Hz and 37 959 Hz, respectively. The harmonic response of the motor is analyzed to exclude the influence of interference modes. The transient analysis of the motor show that when the motor is excited by 250 V and 37 800 Hz signals, the x, y and z amplitude can reach 3.93 μm, 3.61 μm and 4.12 μm in each direction. The characteristics of voltage regulation, frequency modulation and phase modulation of the motor are explored and the assembly structure of the motor is designed. The motor is expected to generate a greater power and speed.
