摘要

Two kinds of lignin obtained from alkali and water soluble pretreatment of eucalyptus were used as raw materials, and through DNS and pNPG colorimetry, the effects of two kinds of lignin on the adsorption and desorption of different enzyme proteins (cellulase, xylanase, and β-glucosidase) and the inhibition of lignin adsorption on the activities of different enzyme proteins were studied. The results showed that the effect of temperature on the adsorption capacity of alkali lignin was greater than that of odium xylene sulfonate (SXS) lignin. The experiments of different enzyme proteins adsorbed on two kinds of lignin showed that the adsorbed enzyme proteins on SXS lignin were more easily to be desorbed. After lignin adsorption, the enzyme activity was significantly reduced, and the higher temperature could not only enhance the adsorption capacity of the lignins to enzyme proteins, but also inhibit the activity of enzyme.
