采用高温密炼机和开炼机制备MPU、PAM/CM共混胶及MPU/PAM/CM共混胶,研究了各组共混胶硫化特性、耐油老化前后物理机械性能。研究发现,拉伸时,小变形下MPU/PAM/CM和PAM/CM出现不同程度的屈服,大变形下MPU/PAM/CM的拉伸行为趋向于MPU硫化胶,表现出一定程度的韧性;MPU/PAM/CM的物理机械性能较MPU和PAM/CM优异,且耐热介质性能优于MPU和PAM/CM共混胶。
