摘要
A new solid bismuth complex,[C9H8ON]3·2H2O,was synthesized by bismuth trichloride and 8-hydroxyquinoline(8-Hhq) in dilute HCl.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,XRD,TG-DSC and FT-IR.The IR result shows that the heterocyclic nitrogen atom of 8Hhq bonds to H+,and coordinates with Bi3+.The fluorescent spectra and UV-Vis spectra of the title compound were carried out.
