摘要
Ultrasound microbubble (MB) is an important carrier for diagnostic imaging and drug delivery. Ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction ( UTMD) has advantages of being safe, non-invasive, efficient and controllable. Triggered by low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU), drug-carrying MB can accurately delivered to tumor tissue with UTMD technology, being a promising mode of targeted drug delivery. The mechanisms of UTMD and relative research progresses in antineoplastic drug delivery were reviewed in this paper. ? 2022 Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology.
