摘要
it is presented the design of an organizational learning model, based on the comparison of theory with specific conditions of given object and the use of different techniques. the concepts and models of organizational learning and their elaboration environments are analyzed, therefore, and from an integrating approach, it is proposed a model which will allow to measure and improve organization%26apos;s learning capacity within cuban perspective. this model will enrich the methodological base in relation with organization%26apos;s learning capacity and also will contribute to the improvement of its performance.
