摘要

  The influence of the Ni and Cu content on the electrical properties of Nickel-copper manganite NTC thermistors was studied.The amount of Mn3+/Mn4+ firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of Ni content and the room temperature resistivity ρ25 changes due to the amount of Mn3+/Mn4+.And the material constant B rises along with the increasing Ni content.With the increase of Cu content, the room temperature resistivity ρ25 and material constant B decline, since Cu could promote the sintering.In addition, excessive sintering temperature would cause the room temperature resistivity ρ25 increase.
