The theme is introduced from the presence of sugars in nature,sugars as an inexhaustible natural resources as well as the virtuous cycle between sugars and ecological environment.In addition to consumption for people's livelihood,sugar is the raw material of light industry,food,chemical,pharmaceutical,energy and other industrial production.It is points out that the sugar is renewable resources,but must be reasonable use,give full play to its effectiveness,the sugar industry of sustainable development and ecological environmental protection has great realistic meaning.Meanwhile sugars in mankind life activities also play an important role.
