摘要
Recently,food safety,especially food-borne and associated diseases still remains one of the most important global issues in public health.In this field,food poisoning caused by staphylococci strains remains a major issue.As a common pathogen,Staphylococcus aureus is the most prevalent pathogens in food-borne organisms.This study aims at analyzing the pathogenic mechanism,clinical and epidemiologic development,in order to give a brief introduction to the development of S.aureus in the field of food safety and associated poisoning.
