摘要
For looseness detection of bolted joins in large structures with wide distribution span,a bolt loosening monitoring method based on fiber grating sensing is proposed,which is realized through measuring the loosening angle with fiber Bragg grating(FBG). A cascade FBG bolt connection status monitoring sensor for distributed multi-bolt connections is designed. Through theoretical calculation and analysis,the theoretical relationship between the wavelength shift and the loosening angle is obtained,and the optimal angle measurement range is determined. An experimental device is established and the experiments are performed. The experimental results show that the sensor has good linear relationship and high sensitivity in the range of 45° ~ 65°. The sensitivity of the wavelength shift and the loosening angle is 108.11 pm/ °. The minimum measurement loosening angle can reach 0.38°. As a new method of bolt looseness detection,the proposed method is meaningful to realize the monitoring for large amount of bolted joints in distributed bolt groups of large structures. ? 2023 Guojia Jiaowei Quanguo Gaoxiao Chuangan Jishu Yanjiuhui.
