摘要
On the pretext of containing North Korea’s nuclear and missile threats as well as China’s emergence, Japan has been vigorously shifting its security policy with "selfdefense" as a major objective. Such a transformation would alter Japan’s national development trajectory and also generate profound impacts on the Japan-US alliance and the regional security order.
