摘要

目的:通过调查了解和掌握番禺区钩体病发病情况及在我区的流行规律,为防制钩体病制定防治对策提供依据。方法:利用番禺区1996~2004年钩体病疫情及个案调查资料进行描述性研究分析。结果:该病在本区发病高峰为6~9月份,重点地区人群阳性感染率11.67%,鼠的带菌率达32.47%。病例以16~45岁男性农民为主,并出现混合感染。结论:采取综合防制措施是控制钩体病传染源的关健。
