摘要

Based on the theory of maximizing random utility, the Logit model with random coefficients was established to study the influence of urban land use characteristics, such as urban land use density, mixed degree and accessibility, family characteristics, personal socio-economic attributes and commuting characteristics on residents' choice of commuting mode. Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper made an empirical analysis. The results show that compared with the traditional classical discrete selection model, the Logit model with random coefficients has better fitting degree. Urban land use characteristics have a significant impact on residents' choice of non-motorized modes of transportation for commuting. By improving the mixed degree of land use, strengthening the construction of various supporting facilities, and promoting the balance of occupation and residence in the region, the share ratio of non-motorized modes of commuting can be increased.
