摘要
The randomness of renewable energy generation and the time-sequence characteristics of energy storage dispatching bring great challenges to the generation planning of the isolated micro-grid. This paper focuses on the combined optimization planning method of wind power/photovoltaic/energy storage and controllable generation in isolated micro-grid. Firstly, the Markov-chain Monte Carlo models are set up based on the historical data to simulate the wind power and PV output time series. Then, it proposes a daily operation scheduling strategy that can effectively simulate the source/storage/loading day-level adjustment behavior with simple calculation, thus greatly reducing the calculation amount of the long-term simulation of the micro-grid. Finally, an optimization model considering reliability and economy objectives is constructed for the generation planning of isolated micro-grid, and a combined algorithm with heuristic searching and adaptive-inertia-weight particle swarm algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.
