摘要

  The new methacrylate-based root canal sealer (NRC) was prepared by using the mixture of 4,4'-(Alpha-Methylbenzylidene)-bis(2'-hydroxy-3'-methacryloyloxy-propoxy)benzene (4,4'-AMBHMB), triethylene glycol dimethaerylate (TEGDMA), Camphoroquinone (CQ) and 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethyl-methacrylate (DMAEMA) (the mass ratio of4,4'-AMBHMB/TEGDMA/CQ/DMAEMA was 50150/2/4) as matrix resin, BaSO4, ZnO and hydroxyapatite (HA) as inorganic fillers.The composition of filler and the mass ratio of resin with filler were emphatically selected and optimized.The results show that the optimal mass ratio of inorganic components is BaSO4/ZnO/HA=9/3/2.When the concentration of inorganic filler is in the range of 50% to 60%, the mobility, solubility and polymerization shrinkage of NBS can meet the ISO6876 (2001) standard.All reveals that 4,4'-AMBHMB can be used as resin matrix of root canal sealer.
