Hydrogel Bioadhesives(#br)In article number 2202285, Ji Liu and co‐workers report sealing gastric perforations with a hydrogel bioadhesive, which integrates an acid‐tolerant hydrogel substrate and an adhesive polymer brush layer. The hydrogel bioadhesive enables instant, atraumatic, fluid‐tight, and sutureless sealing of gastric perforations, as well as a robust biointerface in direct contact with gastric fluids.
