基于DCMTK的DICOM通讯服务程序设计与实现

　　Firstly,this paper introduces the communication foundation of DICOM standard in brief,including DICOM message structure,DICOM service class and the simple procedure of DICOM communication.Then,the function of the communication service program is given,and the design idea is stated importantly.At last,after introducing DCMTK and it’s some modules,a code project implementing the communication service program is list with DCMTK modules.
