摘要

目的 评估微格教学在模拟超声胃镜培训中的应用效果,为专科化培养探索经验。方法 将2018年1月1日至2021年12月31日学习的32名医师随机分为A、B两组,各16人,A组接受模拟超声胃镜培训;B组接受微格教学联合模拟超声胃镜培训。培训完成后对两组接受培训时间、超声胃镜检查完成时间和独立完成检查率进行比较。结果 两组医师在性别、平均年龄和独立胃镜操作例数上比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。B组的培训时间为(22.50±2.78)天、超声胃镜检查完成时间为(17.38±2.39)分钟,均明显低于A组的(25.06±3.47)天和(21.25±2.59)分钟,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;B组超声胃镜检查独立完成检查率为81.25%,高于A组的62.50%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 模拟超声胃镜培训中引入微格教学,能缩短培训时间,减少操作时长,让培训过程变得快速有效,培训效果良好。
