<正>近日，中国水产科学研究院南海水产研究所滩涂池塘生态动力学与可持续养殖创新团队在利用高通量测序技术分析我国特色增养殖品种方格星虫肠道与周围沉积环境之间的微生物交流研究方面取得新进展，为方格星虫的滩涂健康增养殖技术和病害防控提出了新的思路。该研究成果以“Insights into the relationship between intestinal microbiota of the aquaculture worm Sipunculus nudusand surrounding sediments”为题发表在Fishes上。
