<正>1 转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌治疗概述目前，针对雄激素受体(androgen receptor, AR)信号通路的新型内分泌药物以及细胞周期相关的细胞毒性化疗药物是去势抵抗性前列腺癌(castration-resistant prostate cancer, CRPC)的两大标准治疗模式[1]。超过85%的CRPC患者会出现远处转移，即转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(metastatic CRPC,mCRPC),其中最常见的转移部位是骨[2]。
