摘要
Promoting a balanced global food security governance system and preventing shocks from extreme events is a matter of sustainable development as well as an anchor for regional order and cooperation among major powers. The imbalance between institutional supply and demand, despite its impacts on China, has also brought opportunities. As the largest developing state and a responsible major country, China has both the incentive and the capacity to play an important part in global food security governance with its solutions and contributions to international cooperation.
