摘要
Al-10.7Zn-2.4Mg-0.9Cu alloy ribbons were prepared by single roll melt spinning technique, the alloy bars were prepared by hot extrusion using the alloy ribbons as raw materials, and microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy ribbons and bars were studied. The results show that the alloy ribbons are composed of supersaturated solid solution α (Al) equiaxed fine grain, the grain size is 3-5 μm, there is a coarse second phase in the alloy bars after hot extrusion, the precipitated phase is mainly MgZn2 phase, the tensile strength and elongation of the hot extruded bar are 499.8 MPa and 15.3%, respectively, and the fracture is of ductile fracture. After T6 heat treatment, the fine precipitation phase of the alloy is obtained, which improves the mechanical properties of the alloy bar at room temperature, the tensile strength reaches 631.9 MPa, the elongation decreases, and the fracture surface presents a ductile-brittle mixed fracture characteristic.
