摘要
Galla chinensis is a kind of astringent Chinese herbal medicine, which has the effect of astringent lung and fire, astringent intestine and diarrhea, astringent sweat, hemostasis, dampness and sores. The chemical constituents of G. chinensis are diverse, and its chemical constituents that have been identified so far mainly include tannins, phenolic acids, amino acids, fatty acids, ellagic acid and other chemical constituents. Modern research shows that G. chinensis has many pharmacological effects, such as anti caries, antibacterial, antidiarrheal, hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, promoting wound healing, anti-cancer, scavenging free radicals, antioxidation and so on. Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of G. chinensis were reviewed in this paper, to better understand the characteristics of G. chinensis, expand its application scope, and provide reference for its clinical application. ? 2022 Editorial Office of Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs.
