Se exponen ciertas consideraciones para la introducci車n de la alfabetizaci車n informacional en la titulaci車n de Bibliotecolog赤a y Ciencias de la Informaci車n, modelo continuidad de estudios. Para esto, se emple車 la t谷cnica del an芍lisis documental en la revisi車n de documentos que muestran los modelos pedag車gicos contempor芍neos y los principales aportes que sirven como base ante el dise o de propuestas educativas. Asimismo, la revisi車n del plan de estudio permiti車 considerar el empleo de m谷todos para la formaci車n por competencias: aprendizaje basado en problemas y aprendizaje orientado a proyectos, como alternativa en el dise o de una propuesta educativa de alfabetizaci車n informacional para el desarrollo de competencias informacionales en este profesional. Some considerations are exposed for the introduction of the information literacy in the specialty of Library and Information Science, a model continuity of studies. A technique of the documental analysis was used in the revision of documents that shows the contemporary pedagogic models and the main contributions that serve as a base before the designing of educational proposals. Also, the revision of the study plan allowed considering the employment of methods for the formation for competitions: problem based learning and project oriented learning, taking as an alternative in the design of an educational proposal of information literacy for the development of the informational competence in this professional.
