摘要

While demonstrating continuity in its vision of regional order, the Biden administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy exhibits new trends in implementation methods, strategies, action plans and its approach to China, which will significantly impact the Asia-Pacific regional order and China-US relations. However, taking China as a significant strategic challenge does not serve US global and long-term interests, and the US determination, ability, and resources to implement the IndoPacific strategy will be greatly restricted amid the ongoing Ukraine crisis.
