摘要

In order to explore the characteristics of the leakage fire in the gas tank truck,this paper carried out experiments on the reduced size test platform,and studied the influence of cross-wind speed,leakage flow rate and leakage diameter on the jet fire behavior and the characteristics of tank surface temperature change. It is found that the flame height of gas tank leakage will decrease with the increasing velocity of crosswind. The spacing between maximum and minimum of flame height is more than 0.4 m in experiments. Besides,crosswind will enhance the effect from the thermal feedback of jet flame on the tank surface,which will further lead to the increasing measured maximum temperature on tank surface. Based on the coupling effect between the thermal buoyancy of jet plume and the inertial force induced by crosswind,the influence mechanism of crosswind on the geometrical characteristics of gas leakage jet flame was analyzed. In terms of maximum temperature on tank surface,considering the radiation and convection effect from fire and hot flue gas,a new model for maximum tank surface temperature was established. ? 2023 Tianjin University.
