A method for the determination of amoxicillin by capillary elecrophe is presented.Pt was working electrode and potential is +0.75V,in 10 mmol/L NH_4Ac,pH=4.5 buffer,dertamination limit is 2.0 mg/L.A linearity exists between peak area(y)and mass concentration of amoxicillin(Ce)in the range of 20～100mg/L.
