<正>The atmospheric inversion is an effective method for quantifying surface CO2 fluxes at global and regional scales using the gradient of CO2 measurements and has the advantage of inferring CO2 sources and sinks over large spatial scales. The ‘‘2019 Refinement to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories"was adopted and accepted during the 49 th Session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC) in May 2019.
