中高速冲击下PVB夹层玻璃开裂及碎片特性研究

摘要

The research shows that glass debris is the main cause of secondary damage when laminated glass such as glass curtain wall and automobile windshield is damaged by impact. Air gun impact test combined with high-speed photography and digital image processing technology was used to study the cracking and debris characteristics of laminated glass. The effects of glass and PVB thickness and impact energy on debris characteristics were analyzed. The process of cracking and debris formation was observed at mesoscopic scale (10~3 mm) by metallographic microscopy. The results show that the damage mode of PVB laminated glass debris under medium and high velocity impact has five stages; the splash velocity of the debris presents two stages, and the dominant factor is the anti-penetration strength of the front glass; the splash energy of fan-shaped debris has an obvious peak value, which is of great significance for optimizing the protection performance of laminated glass. ? 2019 Bulletin of the Chinese Ceramic Society Press.
