摘要
Microstructure and mechanical property constant vs.tempering process was investigated by means of metallography and electron microscopy in low-alloy wear-resistant steel.The results show that microstructure constant in the steel with tempered temperature increasing is as follows: tempered martensite→microstructure like tempered martensite and a small amount of sorbite,at the meantime,always decreasing in tensile strength,firstly increasing and then decreasing in yield strength,firstly decreasing and then increasing in impact energy and elongation.Precipitation and growth of coherent carbites have a notable effect on mechanical property with dislocation tangle in low-alloy wear-resistant steel.
