A method of reducing stray light of 1.5 μm laser 3D vision system

摘要

In order to solve the problem of stray light caused by transmission device impact imaging quality of 1.5 mu m laser 3D vision system. Designed a polarization isolation monostatic system which using principle of polarization isolation to isolate the stray light. In the condition of keeping large scanning angle, filter the stray light caused by transmission device. The imaging experimental results shows that, the method can solve the problem of stray light effectively.
