El art赤culo plantea la tendencia de las obras del escritor puertorrique o Edgardo Rodr赤guez Juli芍 al di芍logo transgresivo con el discurso culturalista de interpretaci車n nacional. Particularmente se examina la desarticulaci車n de ciertos t車picos e im芍genes que se emplearon para describir la naci車n y lo nacional. Entre estos, se examina la transgresi車n de la visi車n arc芍dica del paisaje nacional caracter赤stica de buena parte de la literatura puertorrique a desde el romanticismo. Plantea que el autor emplea el concepto de heterotop赤a de Michel Foucault como una forma alterna de conceptualizar la naci車n y la cultura nacional, y de considerar el texto literario This article states the tendency in Edgardo Rodr赤guez Juli芍*s writings towards a transgressive dialogue with the culturalistic discourse of national interpretation. It particularly examines the dismantling of certain topics and images which were used to describe the nation and the national thing. Among them, it studies the transgression of the national landscape*s arcadic vision, which characterizes a great deal of Puerto Rican literature since Romanticism. It proposes that the author uses Michel Foucault*s concept of heterotopia as an alternative way to conceptualize nation and national culture, as well as the literary text
