Against the backdrop of international system developments,the world has undergone a substantial and structural transition.Current norms and institutional arrangements cannot provide the necessary guarantees for world peace and prosperity.Complex and uncertain international relations have emerged as a result of different approaches in international development.The shift in hegemony is old-fashioned and the international community is calling for more effective global governance,a multilateral framework and sustainable development and security.The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is an indispensable part of world change,and the world requires more contributions from China.
