摘要

  The rapid development of ceramic industry and other industries produced a lot of industrial waste.Recycling and reusing such waste in the ceramic industry are of great significance to the environmental protection, the effective using of resources and energy, and the sustainable development of ceramic industry.This paper first introduces the generation of waste porcelain and aluminum profile residue and its recycling industrial waste status quo.Then the physical and chemical properties of these two low-quality raw materials were tested and analyzed by XRF, XRD and SEM, it's showed that Added the right amount of aluminum waste without causing adverse effects on body composition,the use of aluminum oxide impurities in the waste can improve the appearance quality porcelain blanks, lower firing temperature.Obtained by XRD and SEM body phase composition and microstructure of aluminum waste less whiteness affect incorporation of blank.When incorporated in an amount of 15%, the lowest body of water absorption, the highest intensity.
