摘要

  the composite powder of graphene coated by copper and 316L stainless steel was mix with molecular mixing and ball milling, and it was sintered by SPS.The effect of graphene coated by copper on the density, hardness and tensile property of sintered samples were investigated, and the fracture surface of tensile samples was observed.The results showed that the stainless steel powder and graphene coated by copper were mixed uniformly by molecular mixing and ball milling.The morphology of graphene was stable during the sintering process.Therefore, the graphene coated by copper significantly improved the density, hardness, tensile strength and yield strength of sintered stainless steel with the ranges of 3.6%, 17.4%, 35.8% and 34.5% respectively.
