摘要
With the large-scale integration of wind power into the power system,the wind farm-battery energy storage system(WF-BESS) composed of power and energy storage has become one of the important measures to improve the absorption capacity of wind power. In the stage of power system restoration,how to construct a reasonable scheduling strategy for the WF-BESS to accelerate the system restoration speed has become a research hotspot. Therefore,a load restoration strategy considering the time-variation characteristic of cold load pickup(CLPU) is proposed for the system with WF-BESS. The load restoration optimization scheme in the late stage of transmission system restoration is introduced. A load restoration model of transmission system considering the time-variation characteristic of CLPU and the operation constraints of WF-BESS is proposed. The CLPU is described as a function of the blackout time,and the life constraint of energy storage system is considered in the operation constraints of WF-BESS. In order to improve the solving efficiency of the model,a solving framework based on Benders decomposition is proposed. The constructed main problem model and sub-problem model are mixed integer linear programming models,which can be solved efficiently by using commercial solvers. The effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified by the example analysis of IEEE 39-bus system. ? 2023 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.
