摘要

Graphene has broad application prospects in the field of electronic devices due to its easy-to-control electronic structure, stable chemical properties and ultra-high carrier mobility. However, graphene is a semimetal material with zero band gap, and the switch is relatively small, which limits its application in microelectronic devices. Therefore, it is a vital step to open the graphene band gap and endow it with a significant switching ratio and maintain a high carrier mobility, in order to realize the wide application of graphene in the field of electronic devices. In order to open the band gap of graphene, researchers regulated the band gap of graphene by chemical doping, organic molecular grafting and physical adsorption. This paper mainly introduced the latest research progress of graphene band gap opening methods based on whether the lattice structure or chemical structure of graphene is destroyed. ? 2021, Journal of Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology (Natural Science Edition).
