摘要

  Cyclic olefim copolymers (COCs) are a group of amorphous engineering thermoplastics with a unique combination of properties,such as high transparent, low moisture absorption,excellent water-vapor barriers properties, resistance to polar organic chemicals and adjustable thermal performance.COCs are widely used in applications of precision optics, medical and electric.Based on the material COCs, we characterized its melting and rheological property.And we also had a tentative exploration in melt-spinning process of COCs and mechanical properties of COCs fibers.The results showed that COCs had a good mobility at 265℃ and made it possible to form stable spinning thread.The primary COCs fibers could be nearly stretched for five times,the obtained COCs fibers had a strength of 3.4cN/dtex and a elongation at break of 72.6%.
