in recent decades, management ability achieved a dramatic increase in organizations seeking to position itself in a privileged place in the market due to its importance as a tool to facilitate the fulfilment of its strategic dimension as organization. the companies%26apos; profiles, as products and management ability play a key role in this process, in providing relevant information to enterprises on their environment and how to enter it. authors propose a guide for the establishment of companies%26apos;s profiles, while highlighting its importance for organizations. we present a case study developed at the university of the informatics science of cuba.
