摘要
A motion control and data acquisition system aimed at the on the fly scanning was designed and implemented. The power UMAC controller and custom-developed driver are applied to control the stepper motor. And the picoammeter was used to read the photodiode based on EPICS platform. While the stepper motor is on the fly moving, the controller will output the synchronizing signal to trigger the acquisition system. The on-line test got the FWHM of the relationship between the monochromatic photons with the energy, the error from the step-by-step scanning test results is about 0.17%. It also shows that the accuracy of the on the fly scanning synchronization reaches sub-microsecond, which meets the requirements of advanced experimental methods in SSRF.
