摘要

本文首先研究了由两根材料不同、截面不同的梁胶合而成的组合梁,处于纯弯曲状态下,横截面上的正应力分布规律。然后根据变截面原则,将两种材料组成的截面变换成一种材料的等价截面。由于变换截面后的组合梁必须与原来的组合梁具有相同的中性轴和相同的抵抗弯矩的能力,所以可以计算出变换截面后的组合梁的截面尺寸。最后通过实验测试组合梁变截面前和变换截面后各测点的应变值,根据胡克定律计算出相应的应力值,再与理论值进行比较,计算出各测点的相对误差。
