Study on the Properties of Domestic Meta-aramid Honeycomb Paper Used in Aerospace [航空航天用国产间位芳纶蜂窝纸特性研究]

The physical properties，dimensional stability at high temperature，flame retardant properties and resin bonding properties of domestic meta-aramid honeycomb paper were studied and the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the honeycomb core prepared by the meta-aramid honeycomb paper were characterized. The results showed that the longitudinal tensile strength and longitudinal modulus of the homemade honeycomb paper were 7.7% and 7.1% higher than those of the imported honeycomb paper，respectively. The main physical properties were basically the same as those of imported paper，and the air permeability was 0.004 μm/ （Pa·s）. In addition，the product also had good high temperature dimensional stability，flame retardant characteristics and resin bonding characteristics，and the glue could be hung in the paper Z direction without glue penetration. The mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the prepared meta-aramid honeycomb core reached the BMS8-124 index，which could meet the requirements of materials in aerospace and other high-end equipment fields.
