摘要
During the process of blank roasting-acid leaching-pretreatment-extraction in vanadium extraction from stone coal, the pH value of acid leaching solution is ca.0.5 and many unwanted ions are involved in it, hence, it can not be used directly for vanadium extraction.The acid leaching solution should be reduced by Na2 SO3 and adjusted pH by CaO for further vanadium extraction.Experimental results showed that when the nNa2so3 ∶ nTFe =1 ∶ 1, most Fe3+ can be reduced which is beneficial to the vanadium extraction, and the consumption of CaO can be reduced by 42%, the one stage extraction rate can increased by 23%.
