机加工表面的分形维数与粗糙度之间的关联规律研究

摘要

In order to clarify the relationship between the fractal dimension and roughness parameters of machined surface, six standard blocks with different machining methods and roughness are selected in this paper. The fractal dimension is obtained by measuring the surface morphology and employing the structure function method. It is found that the fractal dimension is inversely proportional to the surface roughness for the machined surface of lathe and planer, and inversely proportional to the surface roughness for the machined surface of flat milling, end milling, flat grinding and external grinding in terms of the overall trend, but their relationship is nonlinear in some part cases. Therefore, the relationship between fractal dimension and surface roughness cannot be simply expressed as a fixed proportional or inverse, and it needs to be determinate for specific objects. The present research can help enrich the characterization method for machined surface, improve the evaluation accuracy of surface, and has good engineering significance and application value. ? 2022 Xi'an Jiaotong University.
