摘要
the current problems presented by a great number of organizations, due of the application of partial approaches related to information, are identified. the necessity of focusing integrally on the different elements linked to information, and of sharing it effectively, is analyzed in order to to keep in force the bases of knowledge of their personnel and to increase the levels of rationality and opportunity in the decision making. actions are recommended to attain these goals.
