摘要
Through a bibliometric study based on CNKI,using search term “private” as the title,and aiming at the 47 CSSCI journals determined by experts,the study obtained a total of 860 journal articles on the subject from 1987-2012.We systematically proceeded with statistics and analysis of the papers on Chinese private enterprises from the distribution of years,journals,authors,organizations,key words and citations etc.At last,this paper summarized the research history and current situation of the private enterprises,and discussed the future trends and problem worth studying.
