摘要
The core of active distribution network is active management, considering the influence of operation management strategy in the planning stage of active distribution network can improve the applicability of planning results. Therefore, in view of the active distribution network characteristics of hierarchical distribution management, a new static partition principle of downstream of the fault is put forward to achieve the power restoration in this paper. A method based on Monte Carlo simulation to calculate the cost of power outage is proposed to measure the influence of the fault power supply recovery ability of active distribution network on its reliability. Taking two control strategies of normal and fault conditions into account, a bi-level optimization model of DG programming of active distribution network is proposed. The upper layer aims to minimize the net present value of the comprehensive cost, which includes the power outage, and the optimal power flow is obtained by the global optimization control under the normal state of the lower layer simulation. The simulation example verifies that the model can guarantee the reliability of the active distribution network after the planning, and further improves the overall economy of the active distribution network programming scheme, which has strong practicability and extensibility. ? 2020 Harbin Jinhe Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation Magazine Publishing Co., Ltd..
